Tasting notes: A delicious fortified wine that is complex in flavor. I could nose sticky pudding, apricot, peach, figs, vanilla, chocolate, nuts and cotton candy in this wine. Sweet in palate yet still enjoyable. Thumbs up!

Food pairing: Chocolate cake with caramel on top & Foie Gras!
