Tasting notes:

Light yellow with a green hue in color. On the nose, it truly shows a goodness of minerals, citrus aroma and a little bit of nuts and on the palate, it is light body, clean and absolutely enjoyable. Not to forget, it has a long acidity, nice finish!

Food pairing: Seafood Risotto or with some fresh tapas! Would be so good I believe!
