Noblesse Merlot from Chile, 2022

Mind you…Don’t judge too fast hahaha! First impression, aroma of berries, plum, spices. Just so-so imo cause it’s quite acidic tbh. I would recommend to give it a bit of time to open up. Shy shy iykyk😂

After a while, the wine finally shows its true color (eh?😂). At this point, along the berries notes, you will also nose the sweet aroma of dried fruits like raisins, figs, dried cherries, hint of cinnamon and vanilla.

On the palate, light tannin, medium bodied. Easy drinking and enjoyable wine to drink with friends on a casual gathering ❤️🍷
