Tasting notes: Light yellow color. Clean and fresh, so fruity with aroma of green apple, lime, apricot, melon, pineapple and pears. After a while, it developed aroma like honey, slighty nutty, and dried figs!

Light in body and moderate acidity, short to medium finish. Overall, it is very smooth and balance!

Food Pairing: Simple seasoned dory fish, fresh seafood, fruit pie, etc.
