My first Refosco, tick off my wine target list again this year to explore wine grape varieties that I’ve never tasted haha.

From this one, expect a gorgeous aroma of blackberry, black cherry, plum, also complex aroma of earthy, woody, leather, licorice, mushroom, roasted, smokey spices, mint, greens, slightly peppery. After 15 minutes, it improves and add some complexity to it (me smiling from ear to ear), charming sweet dried cherry, dried figs, raisins, lovee it!

Very smooth and elegant with intense tannin, medium acidity, lightly sweet on the palate with short finish, always a happy girl whenever got my chance to try something new. Cheers!
