Maison Castel Les Puces Blanc Dry

Cheers to my very first Colombard haha!

Colombard is a white French wine grape variety that is the offspring of Chenin blanc and Gouais blanc.

It has a fruity, charming and very refreshing aroma especially if you drink it in the afternoon, with a view lol! Love the aroma of pineapple, green apple, fresh cut pear, grapefruit with hint of lime. The wine is clean, crisp, light body, easy to drink with medium acidity. Should be good with seafood xx
