Our Valentine’s wine and food pairing dinner this year. This wine is a blended of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. It has a dark ruby red color. On the nose, aroma of plum, blackcurrant, blackberries, dark cherry, dark chocolate, bellpepper, leather and spices, hint of mint. My fav part, the aroma of dried figs & raisins kicked in after awhile. Very intense tannin & acidity, medium body, long finish, cheers!
