Jacob’s Creek | Shiraz Cabernet | South Eastern Australia | 2018
Had this on our short road trip with friends, enjoy it on a windy evening paired with snacks! Here’s what I think…the wine is pretty good with aroma of blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherries, jammy plum, with hint of mint, pepper and vanilla notes, very oaky in my opinion- tasty oak though haha. On the palate, off dry, medium body, medium tannin and acidity with short finished.
Recommended food pairing: Grilled Beef with Blackpepper sauce.
