Vina von Siebenthal | Viognier | 2013

I will start with one of the wines that fascinated me! Hope it will be a good start.

Vina von Siebenthal | Panquehue, Aconcagua Valley, Chile | Viognier | 2013.

This is the first ever Viognier in my life and guess what, I’m loving it! Even now I am dreaming of having it right now in front of me. Yes, straight in front of me so I could drink it right away! haha

Tasting notes:

On the nose, beautiful, perfumed aroma of floral- acacia flowers, kumquat, lemon, nutmeg. On the palate, a notes of tropical fruits like peaches, pineapple, honey. Lovely! Lovely!

Aged and matured for 12 months in new French Oak Barriques with very limited production. I am so lucky able to taste it thanks to Mr. Ryan Cheng from JJ Wine & Tapas Bar.
